Law of Vibration & Law of Attraction

Published: January 4, 2012 | Category: General | Comments (0)

Most people know about the Law of Attraction. It became one of the better known Laws of the Universe when “The Secret” movie and the book became such a phenomenal hit.

It was great because in the recent times, “The Secret” has done an extraordinary job of bringing the information about the infinite potential of our minds to the surface again.

Of all the information that is being revived in the recent years, the information about the functioning of our minds is perhaps the most vital. This is because of a few wonderful facts –

  • Our mind is the standard fitted equipment, which we are all born with.
  • The mind is the invisible component so we tend not pay much attention to it. But still, we have an innate awareness that it contains phenomenal potential.
  • As human beings, we are the only forms of creation on the entire planet, who are the creators of all progress.
  • All this progress has happened when some human being somewhere indulges in proper usage of their mind and creates something which causes tremendous improvement in the living conditions.
  • Just when we think that we may have reached the peak of improvement someone somewhere goes ahead and creates something better.
  • All this gives us wonderful understanding that the mind actually contains infinite potential. Infinite means unlimited. So, this obviously means that even if we keep exploring the upper limits of our minds all our lives, we will only still be scratching the surface.

Now, the only question remains is how do we get to use our mind? This information is not taught even in the best academic institutions of the world.

We need to understand what exactly the Law of Vibration means and how it makes the Law of Attraction come alive in our lives. The following points will make this clear-

  • If we monitor something that looks solid from our environment, what do we see? We see that particular object, right? You may now be wondering what a silly question I have asked.
  • But see, I wish to focus your attention on the solid nature of the object. What we see with our eyes is just the solid nature of the object. What our eyes are not trained to see is that at the sub-atomic levels, there is great vibration happening in all solid objects.
  • In fact, this motion is happening in all the things. It is happening in the chair you are sitting upon. It is happening in the table on which your computer is kept. It is also happening in the computer you are reading this upon.
  • This motion is happening in your own human body also because at the sub-atomic levels your own body is also made of exactly the same components that other things around you are made of.
  • So, the reality is that we are living in an ocean of motion.
  • There is nothing stationary around us.
  • Everything that our eyes see is vibrating at a very high speed. And everything else that are eyes do not see including substances in gaseous state are also in a state of vibration at very high speeds.
  • When two things come at a same state of vibration they get attracted to each other by the concept of resonance. This is where the Law of Attraction comes into place.
  • Using your mind you can put yourself in a vibration which corresponds with the vibration of the object of your desire. This is when the Law of Attraction makes it manifest in your life. This is how anything materializes on the physical plane in your life.

Through my work as a LifeSuccess Consultant & Coach I teach people how to use their minds to put themselves in a great vibration, which manifests all their desires.

I work with the best person in the world in personal development, Mr. Bob Proctor.

Contributors of Negative Energy in Life: Resentment

Published: September 4, 2011 | Category: General | Comments (6)

Continuing with our discussion on negative energy escalators in life, yesterday, I received a video from, Bob Proctor, my teacher and business partner. He was featured in the movie and book, “The Secret”. He needs no introduction. He is the ultimate personal development coach revered in over 90 countries of the world.

I am also a part of a beautiful program from Bob Proctor. It is called, “Six Minutes to Success.” In this short videos are sent out every working day to subscribers, with a five-minute exercise. You start your day with these and within a short span of time; you experience growth from within, which initiates you onto a path of success that you have never experienced before. They guide you to achieve stupendous success in every venture you take professionally; and every relationship you have personally.  You can enrol on it at https://sixminutes.infusionsoft.com/go/life/neenaday.

Yesterday’s “Six Minutes to Success” video and exercise was targeted towards resentment and guilt. I decided to devote two separate blog pieces on these.

Today’s blog piece is targeted towards resentment. This is one of the major causes of negativity in almost everyone’s life. Resentment is a powerful negative force. Many times we do not even realize that it is existent, yet as sly and powerful as it is, it never fails to control and overpower us.

Now most people would not admit to having resentment towards anyone or anything. This is not because they are lying. It is because most people do not even realize when they are actually harbouring resentment.

Let us examine how –

  • Overt manifestation of resentment is in the form of anger towards anyone or anything, we all know that.
  • This anger is sometimes expressed and creates ugly situations for all to see. And at other times, it is suppressed and creates ugly situations within ourselves, the resultants of which are felt by us as well as others.
  • Inert manifestation of resentment takes many forms like self pity, excessive need for sympathy, compulsive need to control others – many times with emotional tactics, unexplained diseases usually with long-term physical manifestations and many other such situations.
  • Most people feel resentment when they believe they are wronged by someone or something.
  • Now, this thought of being wronged could just be their perception, still it is very real for them. If they think from the other person’s point of view, they may see their approach also.
  • Sometimes, in order to hide certain things from the other people around them, people conjure up certain thoughts in their minds, which make them feel justified. Then they go about repeating these thoughts to themselves until they start appearing real to them. This way, they feel justified but do not realize that they produce resentment within themselves as well as in others around them, who recognize their falsifications.
  • One more thing, perhaps the biggest one – you can love someone and still hold resentment towards them.

There are many such situations that we can keep on discussing. But the main point of importance is that resentment needs to be taken away from life.

Sometimes, we do recognize and know our resentment very well. And then we try to “control” or “win over” it by suppressing it. We may think we are actually winning the battle, but the reality is that this does not work.

The only thing that works against resentment is release. Yes, release the resentment you feel towards anyone or anything. And this you can do in a two-step strategy, which you can do in complete solitude –

  • Set a time limit to think clearly, and recognize your resentment. Admit it to yourself. After this time limit elapses do not give any thoughts to this. If your thoughts wander just tell yourself that your timeline for this exercise is over. You would be able to switch your thoughts easily.
  • In your thoughts give energy to whomever or whatever you feel resentment towards by telling yourself that you wish them to prosper and do well. This way, you would be able to forgive and let go completely. Remember, when you focus on ill wishes they come right back at you. So, it is better to wish well and aid the release process. You feel better immediately.

The above is not easy. But it is simple as it is the only way you can rid yourself of resentment.

Remember, resentment heavily hampers your chances of attainment of success. So, this exercise is worth doing if you wish to move forward in your life.

Contributors of Negative Energy in Life: #2 – Evading What You Really Want

Recently, a friend came up to me and asked my expert opinion on how success has evaded him in his life. He said that he ‘knew’ he was unlucky because he always could only get to the 99% spot, and never make it to a 100% at anything in life. He was talking about both trivial, as well as grave matters in his life. He felt he never got what he was going after at that particular moment. And this has been a recurring theme in his life.

I asked him a simple question, “What do you really want?” And he was quick to tell me that it is a ‘relative’ thing. I repeated my question, with an emphasis, “Think and then tell what do you really want?” But he still evaded the most important aspect of this question…the thought part. And he kept on going on the same track of how things he want changed with time and how he could never attain what he wanted.

Amidst the barrage of his narration, I managed to make a small two-minute presentation to him regarding the basic concepts of functioning of the mind. But when I reached the most important aspect of the presentation, which in my experience makes most vociferous people go completely quiet and think, this person, had me stop, because I knew I would not make any further progress there. The point in my presentation where I start talking about the intellectual faculties of the mind is where all argumentative speech usually ends and the thought process starts. But not with this man. He was adamant in defending his point of view that he was ‘clear’ in his mind that he was ‘unlucky’.

The bottom-line that he did not see at all was that he tried to evade the question, “What do you really want?” He covered it up with baseless argument but never took the time to answer the question, or even think about it.

This is the ground reality. Most people never think about what they really want. They settle down in life for what they feel they can get based on their past results, or the results of people whom they come in contact with. But they never give serious thought to what they really want.

Why is it so? The reason is that thinking makes us uncomfortable. Now, some people may say that I have gone off my rocker. We think all the time. Don’t we? And the answer is, “No, we don’t.”

Thinking is a conscious activity, and not some involuntary process that goes on in the mind.

Most people cannot differentiate when they do active thinking from when they are just indulging in involuntary mental activity. This is because they never think consciously. And when a question is popped in front of them, which demands that they think, they evade the answer because it makes them uncomfortable. They are so used to the cosy comfort of involuntary mental activity of thought that active thinking makes them uneasy. They have the capacity to think but never use it because of the discomfort it generates.

Little do they realize that this is one of the biggest contributors of negative energy in their lives. Not knowing what you really want makes you directionless. It also makes you argumentative because you know deep in your heart that you are directionless and do not want others to see you this way. This makes you collect a lot of trivial information because it makes you seem knowledgeable. There are several other manifestations to this malady.

Think about it. “What do you really want?” Then go about answering truthfully. Remember, if you cannot be truthful even to yourself, who else can you ever be truthful to?

WorldSpace India, Left Worlds Full of Void Spaces

Published: January 3, 2010 | Category: General | Comments (4)

WorldSpace India quit all of a sudden in late December last year. The departure was indicated just by an email to thousands of subscribers and a few sporadic news articles. If at all, the electronic media announced this formally on any of the news channels is not confirmed, as many subscribers were ignorant of the fact. Many even went to the trouble of trying to “fix” their WS antenna or the receiver in order to get the music playing. People do keep email ids but many do not check them on daily basis. The email ids that they give to companies (like WS), with whom they do not communicate on a frequent basis are the ones that are checked sometimes weekly, or even fortnightly. End of December being the hottest holiday season, most of the WS subscribers may have been away from their desks and their computers.

Writing – Pleasurable Creative Pursuit … Profession … Consultancy

Published: July 7, 2009 | Category: General | Comments (0)

India is a country where everyone knows how to write. Yes, in the Indian educational system, the emphasis on languages has always been undeniable. Most of us are also fortunate to be a part of the generation that was still taught grammar, the old-fashioned way. These practices are seeing a sea change now, but that’s a topic for another discussion. Here, I am just trying to stress, that due to the inherent emphasis on languages the ability to write is available widely.
