Empowerment Targeted Business Trainings, Sales Trainings, All Human Potential Coaching

All kinds of trainings may they be business trainings, sales trainings, trainings for people of educational institutions, which I like to call educating the educators, or any other types of trainings, they are all eventually human potential coaching. This is because through trainings we are ultimately creating improvement in the human component of any type of organization.

One unique quality about the human component is that human beings are eventually all the same all over the world. You would say, “Oh! No, they aren’t.” Human being is the only species in the world, which shows maximum variation in all of the animal kingdom. You may be right, but only on a very physical level.

If we strip ourselves of the obvious physical differences, most of which are created by us because of our cultural conditioning, we will come to realize that we are all actually the same. We feel happy on the same kind of things, and we feel sad over the same kind of things. If someone likes us, we like them back. If someone says something bad to us, we do not like the situation. We all feel same kind of emotions of love, hatred, peace, happiness, kindness, compassion…and so on…But this does not mean that we can use the exact same techniques to train the human component in different areas of the world, and even in different types of organizations in the same part of the world.

This may rather feel like a contradictory statement. But it is really not so. This is because the human component is a tricky proposition to work with as each one of us is also unique in our own way. So, we are all the same and also uniquely different at the same time. This makes us very…very interesting…really.

This also brings about certain deep understanding about coaching and consulting -

  • We cannot be trained with a single mass approach for anything. Yet, if we take an approach, which touches us at our core levels we can develop programs that can bring us as close as is possible for us to create positive results in our lives.
  • This happens only when we develop an understanding that we are actually spiritual beings living in physical bodies. Our physical selves may be as different as they are, but our spiritual core remains the same. It is universal and it is our final reality.
  • Only the coaching programs that are directed towards our growth and development at the core levels are actually helpful.
  • We respond wonderfully well to anything that empowers us. That’s the main idea behind all training programs.
  • So, the main aim should always be to have the empowerment of the human component. More empowerment means more results in the long run.
  • The feeling of empowerment means that it should last long after the seminar is over. It also means that it gives long-term tools to the people attending, which they keep using lifelong and enriching themselves.

I am very fond of a quote by Zig Ziglar. It reads, “People often say that motivation doesn’t last. Well, neither does bathing – that’s why we recommend it daily.”

Self motivation is the best type of motivation as no one, but you are aware of what your goals really mean to you. Empowering trainings provide you tools and techniques to use, and to build upon your motivation levels, for a lifetime.

Goal Setting and Goal Achieving–Process and Progress

Published: June 28, 2011 | Category: Personal Development Human Potential Coaching | Comments (0)

There is more information available on goal setting today than was ever available in any other time in the history of civilization and education. This is fairly good because whenever there is awareness about something – then, and only then, any kind of progress can also be envisaged.

The next plausible question should really be – why is it so that so few people actually go about setting the goals? The answer obviously lies in their lack of awareness of the process of goal setting.

Below are a few points that I feel would throw some light on goals and goal setting. If you like what you read here please feel free to contact me for further discussion. I will try to answer your questions. And, if I cannot answer them, I will most probably know someone who will be able to answer your questions. In any case, I will get you an answer.

1)            Goals are very personal because they are something you get emotionally involved with. It is rather rare, although not impossible, for two or more people to get emotionally involved with the exact same goals.

2)            When two or more people set exact same goals it happens in team situations, more often seen in professional areas. But even then there are always some personal areas involved. Your professional goals also need to touch your core before they become close to you, so that you give them your best try for attainment.

3)            This simply means that when YOU set YOUR goals, you have better chances of achieving them rather than when someone else sets them for you.

4)            Understand that all goals need to have a personal perspective otherwise you will not be able to adequately emotionalize them.

5)            Goal setting is an intellectual process done by using your intellectual faculties, also known as your higher faculties. Napoleon Hill in his iconic book, ‘Think and Grow Rich’ says, “After studying 5oo of the most successful people in the world he came to the conclusion that these people became successful not because they had abundance of generalized or specialized knowledge, but because they had developed their intellectual faculties to such a level that they could acquire anything that they set their minds to, or its equivalent, without violating the rights of others.”

6)            What are these intellectual faculties? They are our higher faculties using which we can make better choices and decisions, which then reflect in every area of our life.

7)            Ask a small kid and they would in all probability know about our five physical senses. But ask a well-educated grown-up about the intellectual faculties, and they would at best be guessing. Contact me if you wish to know more about intellectual faculties and I will explain them to you in about ten minutes.

8)            Understand that goal setting is an intellectual process; and goal achieving is a spiritual one.

9)            This most important ingredient is almost always left out. When it is included, it is done with an element of ignorance, as an involuntary part. The goals get achieved but the process remains unclear.

10)         An understanding of the spiritual process of goal achieving ensures that you achieve all goals that you set out to attain.

My Journey with Business Trainings – Continuous Self Coaching

Published: June 27, 2011 | Category: Personal Development Human Potential Coaching | Comments (0)

I am a partner to Bob Proctor, one of the best human potential coaches in the world. He was well recognized in the phenomenal book and the movie, “The Secret”. Few people know that he was also instrumental in the idea behind the “Chicken Soup for the Soul” series of books.

I am the second person in India, who has gone into a partnership with Bob Proctor. So, I am literally bringing these teachings to this part of the world. Although, I feel, today distances are only in the mind. We can connect to anyone, anywhere through the power of Internet. I am doing it all the time.

I have had a website and a blog for a long time but I was never in active blogging. The reason was that so far nothing came to my mind that was different and worthy of saying. I was at a loss for words. Imagine me being at a loss for words…I am a voracious reader, writer and speaker…I am surrounded by words all the time, in thought, in my work, and generally everywhere in my life.

Still, this was exactly why I was not able to blog actively. I felt there was nothing to say. Now, I know, I have plenty to say, and I can say it with authority. The world does not even know how powerful these teachings are. I have found them after more than fifteen years of rigorous study and constant restless search. I have invested stupendous amounts of money and several hundred hours of my time, every step of the way in my personal development journey.

Now, I realize that each of these steps were necessary to reach where I have reached now. Not a single moment of my time and not a single penny of my money got wasted. It had been an amazing journey, and I am nowhere near its culmination. It’s just that a beautiful direction has emerged in front of me now for me to pursue in the rest of my days of this beautiful life.

You may subscribe to the ‘Insight of the Day’ program on www.neenadayal.LifeSuccessConsultants.com. It is on the left panel. I will send you a beautiful thought, a story, an audio, or a video daily for all five working days. It is free to subscribe and it is fantastic.

The idea of the “Chicken Soup for the Soul” series of books came out of a MasterMind among the creators Jack Canfield, Mark Victor Hansen, Bob Proctor and a few others. This is the power of a MasterMind. It can give you wonderful ideas and make newer avenues of growth present them to you. You can also contribute the same way to the growth of others. Learn more about the MasterMind process and how you can be a part of one on http://neenadayal.lifesuccessconsultants.com/Services/Mastermind-Groups/
